Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon condensed milk
• 1 tablespoon cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon crystallised ginger
• 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt

Method
Beat all together until white and creamy and use as a topping over custard apple chunks garnished with sliced kiwi fruit and strawberries
