Ingredients

• 1 sheet ready-made puff pastry
• 1 custard apple, cut and de-seeded
• fresh,frozen or canned strawberries
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon sugar

Method
Cut the pastry sheet in half and place onto a greased sandwich maker. Fill with some custard apple flesh and strawberries.
Cover with remaining pastry, close sandwich maker and seal all edges. Cook until golden.
Dust with cinnamon and sugar mixed together.
Serve with cream or ice-cream.
