Ingredients

• Half a custard apple
• Thick custard
• fresh pineapple, chopped
• Whipped cream
• flaked almonds or chopped macadamia nuts
• Slice kiwifruit to decorate

Method
In a tall (or parfait) glass layer the custard apple, pour some custard, then a layer of pineapple,and so on until you reach the top.
Place a dollop of whipped cream on top, sprinkle the nuts over and add a slice of kiwifruit.
